Mrs Nicky Dollman

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I offer a safe, empathic space for clients to understand and become attuned to their emotions, equipping them to deal with current and future challenges.

About Me

I believe finding your inner compass is key. In our safe, empathic space, we can gently explore your feelings and understand their messages. This process of becoming attuned to your emotions equips you with lasting tools. If you feel overwhelmed or disconnected, I can guide you to build resilience. You'll learn to confidently navigate current and future challenges.

Approach

I invite you to notice how feelings show up in your body and story, then we gently try different responses within sessions so those experiences lose their hold. Whether we meet in Cape Town or online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions move at a pace you can follow and I hold clarity around practical next steps. Through assessment and psychodynamic exploration I attend to patterns tied to grief, fertility, cancer or mood shifts and we co-create small experiments between meetings. This approach suits adults navigating transitions who want thoughtful, steady collaboration.
