Mr Neville Robertson

Counseling Psychologist

I aim to provide an empathic and comfortable environment that enables you as a client to engage in self-exploration and self-understanding. My experiences include a variety of therapeutic frameworks (i.e., Schema therapy, CBT and DBT) and thus prefer to work from an integrative perspective.

About Me

I aim to create an empathic, comfortable space for your self-exploration and understanding. Working integratively, I draw on therapeutic frameworks like Schema therapy to guide you. We can gently explore ingrained patterns, helping you develop a clearer understanding of your inner world. This tailored approach is ideal for anyone seeking deeper insight and lasting personal growth.

Approach

To help you explore ingrained patterns and daily struggles I blend gentle structure with curious listening so sessions feel focused yet relaxed. I see clients in Sasolburg, offer consultations in English and Afrikaans, and provide online sessions when needed to keep momentum between meetings. We map habitual responses, try small practical experiments between sessions, and practice new ways of relating in the room with clear, compassionate feedback. This way of working tends to suit people seeking clearer choices in relationships and personal development.
