Mrs Nethaniëlle Mattison

Music Therapist

I aim to journey along side my clients as they discover their inner wisdom to healing through using creative techniques such as music listening, imagery etc.

About Me

I believe in the power of your own inner wisdom. As a music therapist, I journey alongside you, helping you gently uncover insights. We explore healing through creative techniques. You might use music listening or guided imagery to discover new ways forward. This approach is ideal for those seeking a gentle, non-verbal path to self-discovery and well-being.

Approach

Together we follow what you already know, using sound, imagery and small creative experiments to gently reveal new ways forward while keeping pace with your comfort. In Randburg or online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions move between attentive listening, brief improvisation or guided imagery and quiet reflection, with simple between-session practices—short playlists or grounding prompts—to bridge insights into daily life. I listen for patterns of stress, loss or craving and help you name and reshape them. People facing anxiety, grief, addiction or burnout often find this steady, creative rhythm helpful.
