Ms Nerida Lovell

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Hello. I have sessions available now. I’m a counsellor / social worker and will aim to get to know you quickly so we can get to work on any issues affecting your wellbeing. I work with adults and kids - in cancer support, palliative care, grief and bereavement - but I provide counselling for a range of concerns.

About Me

I am a counsellor and social worker focused on your wellbeing. I quickly get to know you, so we can promptly address your concerns. For adults and children, I help navigate cancer support, palliative care, grief and bereavement. My practical approach means we can explore a wide range of issues affecting your life. You will find a direct, supportive space to work through challenges together.

Approach

My main job is to make you feel seen and heard - and to work with you on what you identify as your main concerns. I have a range of techniques I utilise but I base the therapy tool on what the issue at hand is. So rather than insist you use CBT or mindfulness, we work out what will suit you best. So I’m focussed on you and your needs but am also outcomes-based (so you can get value for money in each session).
