Ms Nefeli Sfetsios

Educational Psychologist

Confidential, affordable, psychotherapy services offered in a safe and reliable environment. Supporting insight, and growth in order to develop positive change, and greater authenticity within relationships with self and others.

About Me

I have been practicing for over 10 years, and found that establishing a real connection with clients is key to the therpeutic experience and success. I provide a non judgemental, compassionate space for individuals to make sense of their lives and experiences . I believe that at the heart of supportive care is the need and ability to establish an authentic and meaningful therapeutic relationship in which clients are able to develop greater self-understanding and reflection. This helps clients make sense of challenges and find new ways forward. This approach assists those navigating life's ups and downs, including learning difficulties, developmental stages, or emotional hurdles.

Approach

Confidential, affordable care shapes how I work: sessions are steady, focused and paced to your needs, whether exploring emotions, learning profiles or behaviour patterns. From my base in Paphos I offer English online appointments that blend conversation, assessment findings and practical strategies between sessions to build clarity and skills. We track small changes together, adjusting focus as you grow. This way of working suits adolescents, parents and adults seeking clear, collaborative support through transitions and learning challenges.
