I offer my full attention, sensitivity, care, and evidence-based therapeutic skills to provide you with an authentic and safe connection. I will walk alongside you to facilitate your process of self-discovery and empowerment in my welcoming, compassionate and non-judgmental presence.

About Me

I hold a PhD degree in Psychology, and have over 15 years of experience working in the field of counselling and therapy. I work exclusively with individuals navigating relationship challenges, including romantic relationships, professional relationships, relationships with in-laws, and difficult interpersonal situations in general. Apart from being a witness and facilitator of your healing journey in your external relationships, I walk alongside you to help you develop and nurture your relationship with your own "self". I also work with boundary-setting, communication patterns, self-esteem, overwhelming emotions, self-sabotaging behaviours, loneliness/isolation, and harsh self-criticism. My work is deeply relational. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and calm presence that allows you and your nervous system to gently co-regulate and rewire as we collaborate on your journey of self-empowerment and growth. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life and experience. I am simply another vulnerable human being, honoured to connect with your vulnerabilities and strengths and to work together to untangle the complexities of life. I welcome you exactly as you are, and wherever you are in your journey.

Approach

My approach weaves together evidence-based methods with genuine human warmth. I draw from therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, REBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. I believe in an eclectic and integrative approach, fuelled by my intuitive connection with you and my attunement to what feels more alive and useful to you. I work relationally and in a multicultural framework, which means I am attentive not just to what you bring as an individual, but to the relationships, cultural expectations, generational patterns, and lived experiences that have shaped who you are. Healing, in my experience, rarely happens through techniques alone. It happens when you feel genuinely safe, truly heard, and start reconnecting with the pure energy and support of your own core self. I also draw on my training in Somatic Therapy and nervous system regulation, recognising that many of our deepest wounds are held not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you.

Services

People come to me carrying many different things. Some of the most common are as follows: 1. Relationships: working on communication patterns, attachment styles, insecurities, expectations, and misinterpretations 2. Self-worth, identity and connection: self-doubt, inner criticism, fear of being judged, shame, guilt, and loneliness 3. Past wounds: childhood experiences, family dynamics, or old pain that keeps quietly shaping the present 4. Women's experiences: distress and challenges experienced with infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum phase, and miscarriage 4. Women's experiences: cultural expectations and pressures; and the invisible burdens that women carry in silence and often- intergenerationally. 5. Loneliness and life transitions: feeling alone in a season of change, disconnected from who you used to be or who you want to become 6. Anxiety and emotional overwhelm: the kind that lives in the body, not just the mind
