About Me

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, recognising that everyone's path of growth is unique. My holistic approach supports you in becoming your own agent of change. We can collaboratively explore your strengths and challenges to find practical ways forward that truly fit your life. This is for anyone ready to actively shape their well-being at any developmental stage.

Approach

Together we build on what matters to you by turning insight into manageable, practical steps, using short, focused work that fits your daily life. Sessions run from my Coolangatta clinic or by secure online video, paced to suit children, adolescents, parents and adults and often weekly to keep momentum. Expect a mix of skills practice, reflective conversation and focused trauma-sensitive work when needed, with clear tasks to try between appointments. This way of working tends to suit people ready to take steady, practical steps toward change.
