Registered Counselor

Nothing changes if not acknowledged. The pressure and demands of everyday life often compromise our emotional and spiritual well-being, prioritize self care.

About Me

Life's relentless demands can often leave emotional and spiritual well-being feeling neglected. As a Registered Counsellor (PGDip) (PsycHons), I offer a calm, confidential space where you can truly acknowledge your experiences. Together, we explore how to navigate daily pressures, helping you reconnect with yourself and prioritise vital self-care. This collaborative approach is ideal for those seeking to understand their inner world and foster lasting personal change.

Approach

Acknowledgement is the turning point; from that place I gently map how daily pressures show up in your body, relationships and choices. In Durban, in English or isiZulu, sessions move at your pace—calm, contained and focused on immediate safety while tracking patterns between meetings. I use careful questioning, simple psychoeducation and focused assessment to make sense of anxiety, grief or trauma, pairing practical coping with reflective exploration so steps forward feel manageable. This approach suits those wanting steady, practical support.
