Nancy Georges

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

A Somatic based therapist specializing in balanceing human potential while holding space for current life experiences.

About Me

I am a somatic-based therapist supporting clients to balance their innate potential with current life experiences. My approach offers a grounded space, inviting you to explore how your body holds emotions and memories. We work collaboratively to integrate these insights, building a stronger connection to yourself. This therapy is ideal for those seeking to navigate daily challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Approach

Balancing potential with present experience often looks like slowing the pace to notice where tension, breath, or tension-patterns show up in the body and mind. In my Davis office and via secure online sessions in English, we use gentle tracking, brief guided movement, and values-based experiments to name sensations, test small shifts, and carry discoveries into daily moments. Between sessions you may try short practices tailored to your rhythm so change feels manageable. This way of working suits people ready to learn from their body while navigating life transitions.
