About Us

We are a mental health organisation based in Rynfield, Gauteng, South Africa. We offer counseling, art therapy, psychological and diagnostic assessment, and group therapy for individuals and families.

Approach

From our Benoni clinic and through secure online appointments, we work alongside clients in English, Afrikaans, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu to shape a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your context. Sessions blend purposeful conversation with creative, experiential techniques and regular, simple tasks between meetings so progress becomes tangible. We guide collaboratively, inviting your feedback and adjusting goals as you notice change. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, couples, families and individuals seeking practical, culturally aware support.
