About Me

When anxiety, emotional distress, or trauma weigh heavily, finding clarity can feel challenging. I offer a supportive space, using Emotional Focussed Therapy and psychophysiology, to help you understand and integrate your experiences. We work together to build a strong soul-mind-heart-body connection, empowering you to navigate life with greater ease. This approach is ideal for individuals and families seeking deeper well-being and lasting emotional health.

Approach

Healing begins with noticing how your body and emotions signal each other, and I guide that noticing into clear, manageable steps so you feel less overwhelmed and more steady. In my Burlington practice and online, in English or Arabic, sessions are paced to match your comfort—calm, focused, and often experiential—so we gently track patterns in your nervous system and emotional responses together. Between meetings you’ll practice small regulation skills and reflections to strengthen what we discover in session. This way of working tends to suit people, couples and families seeking steady, practical change.
