Ms Morgan Mitchell

Psychological Counselor

I am an experienced trauma counsellor and EMDR psychotherapist. I work with my clients to find solutions that fit them best. I provide a safe, caring and non-judgemental space to work through what is needed.

About Me

I am here to guide you through trauma, offering a safe, non-judgemental space. As an EMDR psychotherapist, I help find practical solutions unique to your experience. We can work together, perhaps using techniques like Flash, to gently process difficult memories. This collaborative support helps you move towards a calmer, more stable future at your own pace.

Approach

In sessions I follow your lead, pacing conversations so we can notice how memories, body sensations and everyday reactions show up for you. We spend time tracking patterns in thoughts, relationships and day-to-day habits, trying small, practical ways to change coping and then reflecting on what shifted between sessions. You’ll be invited to bring real-life examples or short exercises home when useful, and we review what those moments teach us. This approach suits people wanting steady, practical change after trauma.
