About Me

Hi, I'm Monica, a trauma-informed Integrative Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. I’ve practised exclusively online for more than 15 years, with specialised training in online therapy to ensure professional, high-quality care.

Approach

With warmth and collaboration, I help clients reflect on how past pain may resurface in the present, update coping strategies that feel stuck, and move toward a more compassionate, self-supportive way of being. My approach is tailored to each client while holding a clear framework that we define together. I work with adults from all backgrounds, UK-based and overseas, including expats, international professionals, and NGO/humanitarian workers. While challenges differ, some are shared and form part of our human experience. Therapy is a space to tell your story, see it with fresh eyes, and begin healing. It’s not always easy, but it can be rich, transformative, and deeply meaningful. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Basic Information

Services

My integrative approach draws on Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Transactional Analysis, grounded in traditional talking therapy. Supporting adults 1:1 UK-wide and internationally, I address a range of issues, including relationship difficulties, trauma (childhood or recent), abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, and bereavement. I also work extensively with English-speaking expats and NGO/humanitarian professionals navigating the transitions and pressures of global life. Sessions are offered via Zoom on weekdays (UK daytime) and are £80 for the full hour. If it feels helpful, you’re welcome to book a free 20-minute introductory call to see whether we’re a good fit.
