About Me
Approach
I follow an eclectic approach to counselling and tailor my sessions based on the unique needs of each of my client.

- Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy which focusses on acknowledging the client's emotional experience and modifying the unhelpful thoughts that might be limiting the clients potential to grow and
- Transactional analysis which focusses on helping the client gain and maintain autonomy and the freedom to choose like an adult by providing an environment in which the client feels comfortable, secure and respected.
