About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and experienced trauma therapist, guiding individuals through challenging feelings from phobias, panic, and PTSD. My Ph.D. research informs my work with anxiety, depression, and psychosomatic symptoms. I offer a compassionate space to explore experiences, helping clients develop practical strategies for stress management. This approach fosters resilience, supporting those navigating difficult emotional landscapes towards greater calm.

Approach

When fears or past shocks surface, I focus on gentle pacing and clear steps to help you feel steadier. In Skopje I offer sessions in Bulgarian, Macedonian or English that balance focused, short-term stabilising work with reflective exploration. We use brief grounding practices, careful mapping of triggers, and collaboratively agreed tasks between meetings to test new responses and build tolerance. This steady, practical rhythm tends to suit people managing persistent anxiety, trauma memories or difficulties with body image and eating.
