I support people navigating life transitions, helping them make sense of what they’re experiencing and feel more grounded. Using a mindfulness-based approach with practical, evidence-based tools, I help you manage overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned and meaningful.

About Me

Working with me offers a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and bring more awareness to what you’re going through. I bring a warm, non-judgemental presence, alongside a practical, grounded approach that helps translate insight into meaningful change. I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions—such as midlife shifts, relocation, burnout, and changes in identity or relationships—as well as couples and teenagers. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself, so that you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Approach

My approach is grounded in mindfulness—helping you slow down, become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and respond to life with greater clarity and intention. During times of transition, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Mindfulness creates space to pause, make sense of your experience, and begin to feel more grounded. I integrate mindfulness with evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), offering practical tools to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and navigate change more effectively. With a background in the corporate world, I understand stress, burnout, and identity shifts. I enjoy working with diverse clients, including expats adjusting to life in Sea Point and Cape Town. I’m passionate about helping people navigate change and reconnect with meaning and balance.
