I am a Chartered Psychologist and a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist. I work from Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Catalunya, Spain. I offer confidential counseling to individuals and families for abuse, control, family, and identity issues.

Approach

Integro herramientas prácticas con atención a vínculos y procesos traumáticos para que cada sesión tenga un propósito claro y usable. Trabajo presencial en Barcelona y sesiones online en español, con ritmo adaptado a adolescentes, adultos y padres; las sesiones combinan ejercicios breves, exploración de experiencias relacionales y espacio para revisar qué ocurre entre encuentros. Suelo proponer tareas sencillas y señales de seguridad cuando hay dinámicas de abuso o control, y avanzo paso a paso con respeto por tu ritmo. Esta forma suele resultar útil para quienes buscan claridad y límites.
