Mr Mike Wilkins

Counselor

I am a qualified counsellor working face to face and online with email/Instant message/web cam and am passionate in helping others.

About Me

As a qualified counsellor, I am passionate about helping others navigate their unique challenges. My aim is to create a truly supportive space where you feel heard and understood, whatever your concerns. We can connect face-to-face, or you can choose the convenience of online sessions via webcam, instant message, or email. This flexibility ensures support is accessible in a way that truly suits your needs, allowing us to work at your own pace.

Approach

Working in person or online, I shape sessions around what you need that week, balancing focused reflection with practical steps. Sessions move at your tempo—sometimes quiet exploration of grief, mood or relationship strain, other times direct skill-building for anger, anxiety and stress—and I’ll offer brief check-ins by message when that keeps momentum. We agree small, realistic actions and notice what shifts, keeping things straightforward and human. This approach often suits adolescents and adults seeking steady, practical support through change or loss.
