Psychotherapist (Registered)
“I am a Registered Psychotherapist currently offering online individual counselling and psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults.”
About Me
Approach
My psychotherapeutic approach and style is best described as integrative, collaborative, caring, and empathic. My expertise enables me to articulate techniques from different models or approaches to psychotherapy, such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), Somatic Experiencing and Humanistic therapies to address your specific needs and concerns within a none-judgmental and holding environment.
I am passionate about working in therapy with each person by creating a strong relationship within a warm and safe environment to help them gain insights into their functioning and find new ways of seeing themselves. In this way, they will learn how to make better choices in their lives as well as to avoid repetitive problematic patterns, in order to minimize emotional suffering and achieve their goals. With compassion and understanding, I also like to work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and discover their true self.
Services
I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering online individual psychotherapy services, during the Covid-19 quarantine period, through a secure Telehealth video call platform.
I offer my online psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish.
