Ms Michelle Morris

Registered Psychotherapist

With nearly 30 years of experience, I have worked with children and adults of all ages, and offer a range of therapeutic approachess.

About Me

With 30 years offering counselling to adults adolescents and children I have gained experience working with a broad range of issues. My extensive training includes Transpersonal Psychology, Family Therapy, Jungian psychotherapy and Buddhist mindfulness practice and allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I aim to create a space where you can gently explore challenging feelings. This broad experience helps me meet you exactly where you are, supporting you to discover new ways forward.

Approach

With that breadth of experience, I shape our time together so you can gently and safely explore what’s beneath the surface of your feelings. Sessions in my Melbourne consulting room or online move at a steady, client-led pace, with short practices between meetings when useful. I draw on attentive noticing, mindful regulation and dream imagery to track patterns, calm reactivity and open new meaning around grief, anger or chronic illness. Many people find this collaborative, reflective rhythm helps them make clearer choices and feel steadier day to day.
