Dr Michela Pucci

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Compassionate, thoughtful and engaged. Counselling, Psychosexual and Relationship therapy, EMDR trauma therapy I am a passionate therapist who works at a very deep therapeutic level to uncover the underlying issues and triggers that may be causing you difficulties in your life or relationships.

About Me

I offer a compassionate, thoughtful space where we can deeply explore the roots of your difficulties. As a psychotherapist, I help individuals and couples unravel underlying issues impacting their life and relationships. We might use EMDR trauma therapy to process past experiences, allowing you to move forward. My aim is to support you in understanding your triggers and finding lasting change.

Approach

Working together, we map patterns and bodily responses to uncover how history shows up now in your relationships and sense of self. Sessions in London or online, in English or Italian, are paced to your tolerance—sometimes reflective conversation, sometimes focused bilateral work or practical tasks to try between meetings. I attend to triggers, sexual and relational patterns, and the small changes that compound into steadier responses. People seeking depth alongside practical shifts—individuals, couples and older adults—often find this way of working helpful.
