Basic Information

Services

Sometimes life can be hard and we can feel overwhelmed and defeated by circumstances and experiences. Do you feel disconnected or isolated from your friends and family? Do you feel burned out or tired all the time? Do you feel anxious and uncertain about what's happening in your life? Are you struggling with a relationship? Do you often question yourself and your worth or value? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I am here to hold your hand and listen to what you have experienced, how you think, and what you feel.

I am a trained counsellor providing emotional support and guidance to anyone who is struggling with self-worth, connection in relationships, and difficult life experiences or changes. I offer compassion and insight to develop or improve health behaviours, improve relationships, and learn how to believe in yourself and your potential.

You are not alone. My goal as your counsellor is always to help you see yourself as someone who can overcome and embrace life's challenges. Being open and vulnerable is scary which is why I am here to provide a safe, gentle, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to find solutions and grow emotionally.
