As a consultant psychotherapist and EMDR therapist with many years of experience, I offer a dedicated space for individuals engaging in their personal growth and healing journey. I am specialised in working with trauma, sexuality and gender identity, and with psychedelic preparation and integration. In my work I seek to help you navigate complex feelings, fostering understanding and resilience. I use an integrative approach, meaning that sessions are tailored to your unique process.

I use an integrative approach in my work, tailoring my interventions according to your needs in that moment. I see therapy as a collaborative space that is co-created by the both of us, as a relationship that can help you move through what you are struggling with in your life and that could help you move forward. In my work I am also very body-oriented, using somatic and emotional focus as a foundation for the therapeutic process.
