About Me

I'm Meriem, a Counselling Psychologist, and Psychotherapist, with five years of clinical work in different settings. I currently provide online sessions to adults (+18) from different locations, and I currently operate from a GMT+1 timezone. My approach is collaborative. Expect me to ask, provide skills and ressources, and challenge when needed. Additionally, I'm a trauma informed therapist. Which means, your agency, pace, and emotional safety are the ultimate priority. In case you have additional questions, I offer a free of charge intake session where you can bring up your thoughts, expectations and hesitations. In the meantime, you can access more information about fees, my approach, what to expect from an intake session and more, through my website: https://www.meriemlasfi.com/ *Please note that the listed locations are provided solely to indicate some of the countries I serve and do not represent physical office addresses. All services are currently offered exclusively online to clients residing in GCC and Europe.

Basic Information

Services

I mostly work with individuals who: - Experience anxiety, persistent stress, or emotional overwhelm. - Struggle with low mood, numbness, or feelings of disconnection. - Challenged by racing thoughts, rumination, constantly feeling on edge. - Carry unresolved attachment wounds or relational difficulties. - Experience difficulties in being compassionate towards themselves and/or their bodies (may be more relevant for individuals who suffer from physical ailments). - Are navigating religious trauma, purity culture, culturally induced shame, or identity-related conflicts. - Live with chronic health conditions and the psychological burden that often accompanies them. - Feel “stuck,” internally conflicted, with people pleasing tendencies and/or perfectionism.
