Melissa Michaud

Registered Counselor

Currently accepting new clients and offering confidential video and phone counselling due to Covid-19.

About Me

I offer a confidential and grounded space where we can openly explore whatever is on your mind. Together, we can make sense of challenges and find new ways forward. My approach focuses on creating a safe environment where you feel truly heard and understood. For ease and privacy, I provide confidential video and phone Counseling. This flexible approach means support is accessible from your own home, wherever you are. I am currently accepting new clients.

Approach

To translate that sense of safety into action, sessions move at your pace with clear, practical goals and gentle invitations to try something different between meetings. Whether we connect by secure video or phone from Abbotsford, I offer care in English or French and keep our time focused, paced, and predictable. We notice patterns, practice grounding and coping skills for anxiety, trauma, grief or stress, and review what’s helpful so change feels manageable. This way of working tends to suit people looking for steady, collaborative support.
