Services
I provide couples counselling to help develop healthy relationship skills, increase emotional understanding of self and partner, to increase secure attachment bonds with each other, and to communicate through difficult conversations.
I support women healing from relationship abandonment trauma and rejection. I help women with their grieving journey, to build confidence, and to live an empowered life.
I provide therapeutic support for many other life transitions and to support clients through grief and loss, to overcome and manage anxiety and depression, and to heal from trauma.
