Ms Mehr Lungani

Counseling Psychologist

An experienced Psychotherapist working with individuals and groups on their journey of self awareness and empowerment. I believe that each one of us has multiple stories to share and I aim to create brave spaces for these stories to be told, witnessed, and held.

About Me

I support individuals and groups seeking deeper self-understanding. My practice cultivates a truly brave space where your unique stories can be told without judgement. Each experience is genuinely witnessed and carefully held. This collaborative approach helps you navigate your journey towards greater self-awareness and personal empowerment. Clients find a calm, empathetic setting to explore their authentic self.

Approach

Therapy here begins by creating room for the many stories that shape you, inviting careful attention to what feels alive in the moment and across your life. In a relaxed New Delhi practice or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions move at a steady pace—sometimes spoken, sometimes led by image, movement or focused attention—to help you notice patterns and try new ways of relating. Between sessions we often reflect on small shifts so progress feels practical and held. This way of working suits those navigating change, loss, anxiety or relationship strains.

Basic Information

Services

I assist adults in navigating life transitions, grief/loss, miscarriages/abortions, as well as exploring their own neurodivergence. Using a combination of IFS, narrative, somatic, and expressive arts modalities, I create a space where every means of communication is welcome. I also offer alternative healing modalities like hypnosis, past life regression, cord cutting, chakra healing, inner child work, womb healing etc. Each of these is a language and you get to choose your language of expression.
