Registered Clinical Psychologists

About Me

We are registered clinical psychologists in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. We work with you on anxiety, grief and loss, postnatal or perinatal depression, identity issues, and major life transitions. We conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments and deliver structured therapy in a confidential professional setting.

Approach

Therapy here looks like gradually turning difficult experiences into strengths, attending to both emotion and daily life so you can reconnect with what matters. Sessions are offered in English or Afrikaans, in person in Cape Town or online, and I keep a steady, paced structure that balances exploration with skill-building. I use assessment-informed steps—exploring grief, mood shifts or identity questions, practising coping strategies between meetings, and tracking progress together. This way of working suits adults navigating anxiety, perinatal challenges or major life transitions who want practical change grounded in reflection.
