Approach
My approach is eclectic where I customize plans for my clients' concerns and their needs whilst using techniques from multiple psychological modalities and Yoga philosophy.
The work with my clients also involves regulation of the Nervous System, Conscious and the Subconscious. My core approach involves CBT, and Humanistic along with DBT, Psychodynamic and Positive Psychology. My Counseling sessions are aimed at holistic Mind-Body healing.
