About Me

I am a psychologist based in Karol Bagh, Delhi. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and support groups. I help you manage anxiety, stress and burnout, address mood disorders, and support LGBTQI+ concerns.

Approach

My approach is eclectic where I customize plans for my clients' concerns and their needs whilst using techniques from multiple psychological modalities and Yoga philosophy.

The work with my clients also involves regulation of the Nervous System, Conscious and the Subconscious. My core approach involves CBT, and Humanistic along with DBT, Psychodynamic and Positive Psychology. My Counseling sessions are aimed at holistic Mind-Body healing.

Hi! I am a Psychologist, Certified Yoga Practitioner and Life Coach. I am trauma-informed and preach Self Compassion, Empathy, as well as provide my clients with a space of non-judgment.

I like to do deep dive and work with my clients at a personal level to help them discover their true selves that can help them to heal their inner child complex.

My unique skill is to engage the clients with the best possible techniques that involve Mind-Body healing that is more holistic in nature and create long-term resolutions.
