About Us
We provide family therapy, art therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and counseling in Orlando, Florida. We work with families and teens to improve communication and coping skills in a calm, private setting.
Approach
I enjoy working with children and teenagers due to their flexibility and ability to learn and grow. I find it amazing to help young children become more aware of their thoughts and feelings through expressive arts and play therapy, and this allows them to become more mature and competent adults. I utilize many Cognitive Behavioral approaches as well to help individuals connect unhelpful thinking patterns to their feelings and behaviors.
