About Me
My work focuses on supporting people in making meaningful changes in how they relate to difficult life experiences, persistent psychological patterns, and relational challenges. I draw on an international background and an ACT-based framework to adapt the work to each person’s context, culture, and lived experience.
Approach
My primary therapeutic framework is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps people handle difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively while moving toward meaningful change in their lives. In practice, this means learning practical skills to reduce unhelpful struggle, step out of repetitive mental loops, and take actions that align with what truly matters to you.
The work is flexible, collaborative, and integrative. I tailor the process to each client’s needs and, when appropriate, draw from additional evidence-informed methods. The focus throughout is on practical, meaningful shifts that are sustainable in everyday life. This therapeutic process means gaining a new perspective — on yourself, your world, and what change can look like for you. It’s about discarding limiting constructs, approaching life with greater openness and flexibility, and cultivating a sense of authenticity and resilience that's both meaningful and empowering.

Basic Information
Services
My aim is to provide each client with therapeutic tools, guidance, and empowerment to make proactive, life-enhancing changes, in a style and pace that align with their needs, context, and culture.
I work internationally with individuals, couples, and co-parents navigating enduring challenges such as hard-to-break psychological patterns, habitual or addictive issues, and the impact of difficult life experiences. Such challenges often include maladaptive, or self-defeating behaviors, chronic stress and anxiety, strained relationships, and mood imbalance — alone or in combination with other mental-health conditions.
Each online session is fully customized to your needs, stage of change, and therapy goals. While primarily conversation-based, sessions may also include coaching elements, experimentation, in-session practice, or other interactive elements, with intensity adjusted as needed — all in a completely judgment-free space.
In between sessions, I maintain an open line of communication through text and email. While I don’t provide constant interaction, this tool is there for clients to practice sharing insights and challenges, respond to suggested practice assignments, or pose questions as they arise, ensuring that their recovery process remains active outside of our formal sessions as well.
