Basic Information

Services

As a counseling psychologist, my aim is to provide a safe space for you to offload and unpack what troubles you. You may be asking why you keep attracting the wrong type of person, why you are often misunderstood, why you seem unable to function fully a while after loss, or why you feel sad|down with your newborn baby. I will endeavor to help you understand the cause of the problem, and then help equip you with skills to manage/overcome it. Should this be what you are looking for, please contact me to set up an initial consultation.
