About Me

I support individuals navigating profound life changes and emotional challenges, from trauma recovery to end-of-life concerns. My practice offers a compassionate space to gently explore difficult emotions, including grief, loss, and perinatal mental health. I also provide dedicated support for LGBTQI individuals and new migrants adjusting to life in the UK. We work together to find understanding, helping you build resilience and move forward with confidence.

Approach

Facing grief, trauma and major life transitions, I work in a paced, attuned way that balances emotional safety with gentle processing to help you reclaim steadiness. From my Ballarat consulting room and via secure online appointments in English, sessions blend grounding practices, focused memory work and reflective tasks that you can try between meetings. We move at a pace you can tolerate, checking in on body, story and relationships as the work unfolds. This approach often suits adults navigating loss, perinatal change, migration or complex trauma.
