About Me

I believe the solutions you seek are already within you, and I’m here to help you discover them. My aim is to create a truly non-judgemental and empathetic space where you can feel heard and understood. With six years of experience as an Accredited Counseling Psychologist, I guide individuals to build inner resilience. You might also find shared strength within our wellness training. This approach is ideal for clients ready to explore their own answers and cultivate lasting well-being.

Approach

You’ll notice a gentle, inquiry-led rhythm that helps you surface what already matters, then shape small, practical steps. Meetings are available face-to-face in Nairobi or remotely, in English or Kiswahili, and often combine focused talking, brief assessments and hands-on exercises between sessions to track changes. I listen closely, offer reflective feedback and collaboratively test ways to reduce anxiety, rebuild confidence or steady mood, adapting the pace for adolescents, adults or groups. This way of working tends to suit clients ready for steady, practical change.
