Meetings are available face-to-face in Nairobi or remotely, in English or Kiswahili, and often combine focused talking, brief assessments and hands-on exercises between sessions to track changes. I listen closely, offer reflective feedback and collaboratively test ways to reduce anxiety, rebuild confidence or steady mood, adapting the pace for adolescents, adults or groups.
