About Me
Approach
My approach is person-centered and includes both psychological and symbolic and creative dimensions, where the client is open to it. I believe that every therapeutic process is unique, and I want every person who comes to my office to feel seen, heard, and encouraged to (re)discover their inner strength.
Services
I am a psychotherapist trained abroad and underwent training at the School of Experiential Unification Psychotherapy (PEU), an approach that emphasizes deep emotional integration, parts work, authenticity, and the exploration of each individual's inner resources.
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology in the UK, where I had the opportunity to learn about a variety of psychological and cultural perspectives, which broadened my understanding of the complexity of the human being. Upon returning to Romania, I chose to continue my studies at the master's level in experiential psychotherapy, guided by the desire to work with people in a profound, empathetic, and transformative way.
In my practice, I create a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their own experiences, difficulties, and desires for change at their own pace. I work with issues such as anxiety, emotional blockages, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or loss of contact with one's authentic self.
My approach is person-centered and includes both psychological and symbolic and creative dimensions, where the client is open to it. I believe that every therapeutic process is unique, and I want every person who comes to my office to feel seen, heard, and encouraged to (re)discover their inner strength.
