About Me

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I offer assessment and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I foster a safe, strong therapeutic relationship, which I believe is fundamental for personal growth and self-development. Within this trusted space, you can explore challenges and gain new perspectives. This collaborative approach helps clients of all ages find clarity and move forward.

Approach

In a dependable, respectful space in Cape Town or online, sessions unfold at the pace you need as we explore challenges and co-create next steps. I blend structured approaches such as CBT and diagnostic assessment with reflective, play-based work for younger clients, making therapy purposeful and accessible. Between sessions I often suggest brief exercises or observations to try at home so we can test what helps and adjust the plan. This collaborative style suits individuals, couples and families seeking clear, steady progress and greater emotional understanding.
