In my Luxembourg consulting room we work in Croatian, English, Serbian or Slovenian, keeping sessions focused and predictable so people juggling relocation, family strain or anxious cycles can feel contained. Work combines brief, practical experiments with guided reflection and collaborative planning; between sessions I often suggest simple, context-specific tasks to test changes gently.
