You are not what happens to you; you are what you choose to become. I provide a safe space to share, heal and attain your full potential.

About Me

If you're carrying something heavy and don't know where to start, you're in the right place. I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with experience across hospitals, schools, corporate organisations, and sports institutions in Kenya and beyond. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, and life transitions - offering support that is grounded in evidence and shaped around you. My practice draws on CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-centred approaches. I also specialise in Trauma therapy, gender-based violence (GBV) interventions and resilience-building programmes for communities and individuals. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. I work in English and Kiswahili, and I adapt every session to meet you where you are.

Approach

I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help restructure unhelpful thoughts and trauma-focused approaches to process difficult memories. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, supporting values-based action, acceptance, and present-moment awareness. My work includes psychodynamic therapy (PDT) to explore deeper patterns, as well as a person-centred approach (PCT), where we move at your pace and focus on your goals.
