As an experienced clinical psychologist, I offer individual therapy for adults who seek help for personal challenges, and personal and spiritual development and growth.

In my Melkbosstrand office, with Afrikaans or English available, we use focused conversation, reflective tasks and occasional structured exercises to notice patterns and try new responses. Between sessions I may offer short reflections or practical steps to try, keeping the work applied and measurable. This collaborative, steady style tends to suit adults looking for thoughtful, sustainable change.
