Mr Marcel Harper
Counseling Psychologist
“Most of my patients struggle with overthinking, self-sabotage, or getting stuck in unhelpful emotional loops. If you are ready to get better rather than just feel better, we will work well together! I use Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), an approach that is practical, transparent and compassionate.”

About Me
Approach
I use a powerful form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), called Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT).
REBT is an action-orientated approach that helps people get better rather than just feel better by adopting more effective, reasonable, and flexible attitudes toward life's adversities.
REBT encourages independent thinking, self-direction, emotional responsibility and acceptance.
