Ms Mansi Deswal

Counseling Psychologist

As a Counseling Psychologist (psychotherapist) my orientation is towards a psychodynamic approach in the clinic. I do not label people into the umbrella of diagnosis but rather believe that every way of being is unique and derived by an individual's culture and history.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I offer a psychodynamic space to gently explore your unique way of being. Your experiences are deeply shaped by personal history and cultural background, rather than labels. We can uncover the roots of current challenges, fostering genuine understanding. If you seek a collaborative, non-judgmental environment to make sense of your narrative, we can work together.

Approach

Conversations often move from present moments into older patterns, using a psychodynamic lens to notice how culture, history and relationships surface in day-to-day feelings. In my New Delhi practice and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions are paced gently—attending to dreams, body sensations and relational themes. I help you track recurrent emotions, test new ways of relating between sessions, and translate insights into small, practical steps. People working through grief, relationship shifts, body image or lingering trauma often find this reflective, steady pace helpful.
