Ms Mannika Solanki

Counseling Psychologist

I am Counselling Psychologist and offer Individual Therapy/Counselling Sessions. My approach to therapy is relational, client-centred and guided by a humanistic lens. I am Queer-Informed and Trauma-informed, and follow a feminist, intersectional approach.

About Me

In our sessions, I aim to create a relational space where you can feel truly heard. My humanistic and client-centred approach means we explore your experiences at your pace. As a Queer-Informed and Trauma-informed therapist, I welcome all parts of your story. I also use a feminist, intersectional lens to understand wider contexts that shape your world. This helps you navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. You will find a deeply affirming therapeutic relationship here.

Approach

I work by sitting with your experience and noticing the small shifts that open new choices, keeping our focus on relationships, identity and safety as they show up in day-to-day life. In Noida and online I offer sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu, creating a predictable, paced space where we reflect, try out different responses and track what changes between meetings. Expect gentle experiments, narrative reflection and practical steps tailored to transitions, family dynamics or queer identity work. This approach often suits people seeking clarity and steadier self‑direction.
