My passion as a therapist is to facilitate change through compassion, respect, and acceptance. I believe truly understanding your experiences is key to finding a way forward. In our sessions, we can openly explore challenges. We will work together to make sense of your feelings without judgment. This collaborative space is for anyone ready to navigate life's complexities. My aim is to help you discover new paths towards well-being and build inner resources.

Sessions take place in my Glendale, Arizona office, conducted in English, where we set a steady, thoughtful pace and tailor meeting rhythm to your needs.
