Mrs Mandy Magid

Clinical Psychologist

Therapist working with adults and adolescents.

About Me

I support adults and adolescents navigating life's challenges. Together, we explore difficult feelings and find clear paths forward. My collaborative approach creates a grounded space for you to make sense of your experiences. We will understand what's happening and develop practical ways to move ahead. Sessions aim to offer insights you can apply daily, fostering resilience and growth.

Approach

Starting from what you bring, we map patterns and try small, practical steps that fit your life — checking what helps and adjusting as we go. Sessions are in English in my Randburg consulting room, with focused time for reflection and brief between-session tasks when helpful. For complex issues such as trauma, mood shifts or behavioural concerns I use structured assessment, safety-focused planning and skills practice so insights become steady, everyday changes. This way of working often helps people seeking clear, manageable ways to feel more in control.
