About Me
Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities to suit each individual’s unique needs. I often incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and several other modalities as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world. Whether it's building emotional resilience, improving coping skills, or working through deeper patterns, my goal is to create a safe space that encourages self-awareness, healing, and long-term growth.

Your mental health matters, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
