I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Life Associate Member based in Prabhadevi, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I offer child and adolescent therapy, psychometric testing and diagnostic assessment for behaviour and conduct issues. I provide parenting guidance, stress management and psychotherapy for personal development.

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities to suit each individual’s unique needs. I often incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and several other modalities as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world.
