Madison Marcus-Paddison

Social Worker (Mental Health)

Are you struggling with shame, vulnerability and the feeling of 'never being good enough'? Do you feel disengaged from life, your loved ones, and sick of watching moments pass you by? Have you spent all your time making sure you never fall, and as a result never learned how to get back up? Let's chat.

About Me

I offer a supportive space to gently explore the burden of shame and vulnerability. Many clients feel stuck, having focused so much on avoiding mistakes. Together, we can unpack these feelings, helping you reconnect with life and loved ones. Our conversations aim to build resilience, so you can learn to get back up. This means navigating setbacks with greater ease and embracing new moments.

Approach

We move from conversation into practical, moment-to-moment work in sessions, noticing how shame and avoidance show up in your thoughts, body, and choices. In sessions we name patterns, try small experiments for how you might respond differently, and reflect on what felt possible or hard; between sessions you’ll have simple practices or observations to bring back so we can track what changes in day-to-day life. Change usually unfolds as steady shifts in habits, feelings, and relationships, which many people find grounding when they want clearer choices.
