I have been offering therapy from an office in central Oxford for over 18 years. Walking Therapy is my speciality! I have had an enormous amount of positive feedback from clients. Online and telephone counselling are also available. I have many years experience with both.

About Me

I am an Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist based in Oxford, England. I help you address addiction, anger, grief and loss, career issues and mood disorders. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessment, counseling and individual therapy in a confidential, practical way.

Approach

My aim is to make you the client as comfortable as possible and to initially help you to come to greater realisation as to why you feel or behave the way you do when confronted with the issue(s) you bring; following this we would work together to devise strategies to help you move forward and change those areas of your life that you would like to change.

I use an eclectic approach (using techniques from a range of therapies to fit you, the client, rather than trying to make you fit my approach) and would encourage all clients to take responsibility for themselves and to continue to work on your issues even after the therapy has ended.
