About Me
Approach
My aim is to make you the client as comfortable as possible and to initially help you to come to greater realisation as to why you feel or behave the way you do when confronted with the issue(s) you bring; following this we would work together to devise strategies to help you move forward and change those areas of your life that you would like to change.
I use an eclectic approach (using techniques from a range of therapies to fit you, the client, rather than trying to make you fit my approach) and would encourage all clients to take responsibility for themselves and to continue to work on your issues even after the therapy has ended.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
Services
I offer office-based and walking therapy as well as distance counselling, which I have been offering already for many years (via phone or video services on Signal - the most secure platform). Fees for short term and open ended therapy:
Individuals in my office: £65
Individuals for walking therapy: £65
Individuals online: £65
Telephone counselling: £55
Concessions available.
My aim is to make you, the client, comfortable enough to be able to think productively about what brings you to therapy and to increase your self-awareness before helping you develop strategies to make those changes that you feel will make a difference.
