Mrs Lynn Fick

Counseling Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist that provides a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the current challenges you are facing. I use a holistic and integrative approach to fit each client's unique needs. Each client is different; therefore your sessions will be uniquely formulated to meet your specific needs.

About Me

I offer a truly supportive environment where you can openly explore the challenges you are facing. My holistic and integrative approach means we’ll tailor our work to your specific needs. Every session is uniquely formulated, ensuring you receive support that truly fits your personal journey. This bespoke focus helps you navigate difficulties effectively, finding clarity and a path forward.

Approach

Sessions focus on practical steps and gentle exploration, paced to your readiness and adjusted as we notice what helps most. In Cape Town and online, in English, I use straightforward session plans that blend reflection, skill-building and brief experiential work, with clear check-ins so you always know the focus. Between sessions I may suggest short reflections or tasks and we review progress regularly, adjusting the pace to address anxiety, grief, relationship strain or life transitions. This suits people seeking compassionate, structured collaboration toward clearer coping and forward steps.
