I am a highly empathetic, non-judgemental, and very passionate client-focussed counsellor. I have experience working with presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, occupational guidance, grief and loss, trauma, and relationships difficulties. I work with adolescents and adults individually and also with families and couples.

About Me

My aim is to offer a deeply empathetic and non - judgmental space where adolescents and adults can openly explore life's challenges. I am here to support you whether navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or trauma. I also work with families and couples creating a safe space for communication to ensure that the feelings and needs of every member are acknowledged and validated. My client-focused approach ensures sessions unfold at your pace, helping you feel truly heard and understood. When I was young I studied engineering and I worked as an Environmental Sustainable Engineer, designing green buildings and working with vulnerable communities. I have a lived experience of what it is to leave your professional reputation and comfort zone to follow your dreams and passion.

Approach

I am very flexible to use different client-centred approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based on mindfulness techniques(ACT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques like Timeline therapy, Hypnosis therapy and Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help your brain process distressing or traumatic memories so they don’t feel as overwhelming. One of my outstanding skills is my capacity to listen and connect with my clients. I genuinely believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and to show up in life with our best version. There are moments when we just need support and additional tools to: - accept, address and overcome our traumas or challenging experiences from the past, - fully immerse ourselves and be mindful in our present, and - set up exciting and meaningful goals for our future. I offer in person sessions in Valencia or online, in English, Spanish or French, which are paced to suit young people, adults, couples and parents. I use mindful noticing, acceptance-based skill practice and brief coaching tasks between meetings to build coping and confidence around work, relationships and transitions. Those navigating anxiety, career change, grief or burnout often find this practical, compassionate rhythm supportive.
